DCC Files Supreme Court Reply Brief on Healy Gas

On Friday, June 7, Denali Citizens Council filed its reply to the State of Alaska and Usibelli Coal Mine briefs in the appeal of the Healy Basin Gas Only Exploration License Best Interest Finding. The brief rebuts assertions made by the State and Usibelli, and defends DCC’s contention that the State’s decision in the Best Interest Finding had no reasonable basis and is therefore arbitrary.
