Issuance of Temporary Water Use Permit for Panguingue Creeks

The Water Resource Division  of the Depart of Natural Resource (DNR) has issued the temporary water use permit (TWUP-AS2013-107).  DCC commented on site selection, daily and cumulative water withdrawal and possible effects on aquatic species, see attached agency response for further details.  The TWUP is supposed to occur through out the summer season into October for a total daily use of 150,00 gallons and a total project use of 12,000,000 from the three locations (Panguingue Creek, Little Panguingue Creek and the Gravel Pit Pond).  No changes were made based on DCC or other stakeholder comments.  Permits were issued by DNR.
