Stories of the Past, Vision for the Future
DCC’s 50th Anniversary celebration is almost here. One key event during the weekend takes place Saturday evening, when 4 current and former board members will recall highlights and inspirational stories from the organization’s past and everyone in attendance will have a chance to weigh in on DCC’s future. Do we need DCC for another 50 years? What would you miss if it were gone? What issues are important to work on now? What is our role in the park or in the community? Ponder these questions before you come!
The event starts at 6:00pm, when you can load up your plates with munchies donated by local businesses. Bring your own beverage if you want something other than coffee, tea, or water. There is no need to sign up ahead of time for this event, and feel free to bring friends along.
The event is at the Charles Sheldon Center on the Denali Education Center campus. Please note and respect the allowable parking areas indicated on the map below.
Can’t be there in person? This is a hybrid meeting and you can join remotely via Zoom. Register here to receive a link to join from wherever you may be.
We hope to see you there.
