DCC Comments on State Regional Haze Implementation Plan

States are required by the Environmental Protection Agency to develop State Implementation Plans in accordance with EPA’s regional haze rule. This rule seeks to protect Class I airsheds like that at Denali, one of several in Alaska. Read DCC’s full comments in the PDF at the link below.
