DCC asks that NPS rescue orphaned moose calf

In the wake of the killing of is mother by an armed park guest earlier in June, and the death of its sibling, an orphaned moose calf has been spotted in the employee housing area at Denali National Park. On June 30th, DCC wrote a letter to Superintendent Don Striker requesting that the park stop using aversive techniques on this calf and instead  capture it and allow a third party agency to raise it until it can have a better chance of survival in the wild.
