DCC Comments on Winter & Shoulder Season Plan

Here at the DCC virtual office we are finally climbing out of hibernation and catching up on communication. Attached are the comments the DCC board submitted to the National Park Service on November 30, 2018, regarding the “scoping” for a Winter and Shoulder Season plan for Denali.
