Join Denali Citizens Council for a Zoom-based presentation on Denali soundscape monitoring and research. NPS researcher Davyd Halyn Betchkal will present recent site-specific updates and intriguing findings from recent years of sound monitoring in Denali, and demonstrate tools you can use to follow the research.

Soundscape monitoring plays a vital role in managing the Denali Wilderness and other backcountry areas, but is also important for checking on the visitor experience in the frontcountry and has great value in ecological studies too.
