Remember when the State decided to allow a bunch of crazy hunting practices in the National Preserves, so NPS had to take action to ban the crazy hunting practices, and then the Trump administration wrote a poorly-supported regulation handing management back to the State, so DCC and others sued? Well now NPS has a proposed yet another regulation consistent with the purposes of Alaska's national preserves, largely restoring its original rules.
