Underground coal gasification exploration license awarded

The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority has awarded an exploration license for underground coal gasification to the Australian company Linc Energy. The license includes areas on the west side of Cook Inlet, around Nenana, and in the Denali Borough near Healy and Anderson.
